Michael L. Huffman, CFA, President & Portfolio Manager - Mike started Rock Point in 2004. He takes the lead role in executing Rock Point's investing strategy and manages client relationships. Mike gained invaluable experience as Vice President of Fraser Management Associates from 1997 through 2004. Prior to that, Mike traded stocks and options on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange for 16 years. Mike enjoys skiing and sailing and is a past President of the International Lightning Class Association. Mike is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |

Todd A. Wulfson, CFA, Vice President & Portfolio Manager - Todd manages client relationships and serves on the Investment Committee. He functioned in those same roles at Fraser Management Associates from 1998 through 2004. From 1993 to 1998, Todd was an analyst and manager at a financial planning and investment firm where he counseled individual and business clients. He is on the Board of the Vermont CFA Society. Todd is an avid hockey player and enjoys the outdoors, especially on skis, bicycles, and boats. Todd completed the University of Vermont accounting program and graduated with a B.S. in business administration. |

Matthew P. Wootten, Portfolio Manager - Matt's time is spent serving his clients, managing portfolios, and contributing to our strategy as a member of the Investment Committee. Before joining Rock Point Advisors, he worked as a Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley and as a Consultant for State Street Global Advisors and Fraser Management Associates. Matt served as a Peace Corps Volunteer and Manager of an NGO in Nicaragua, where he provided technical assistance to organic farming groups. He enjoys running, hiking, and traveling internationally. Matt received a B.A. from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. |

Evan I. Pemberton, Chief Compliance Officer & Operations Manager - Evan evaluates, develops and maintains policies and procedures that assure Rock Point delivers its services in an effective and efficient manner. He monitors our operations for compliance with Rock Point's internal policies and the requirements of external regulators. Evan enjoys playing guitar, hiking, snowboarding, and reading. He earned a degree in Financial Management from the University of Vermont. |
